Matteo Cazzulani, Expert Associated of the center of global studies "Strategy XXI" attended the 10th Forum Europe Ukraine as a panelist. "Strategy XXI" President Mykhaylo Gonchar also attended the prestigious Forum as a panelist on energy issues.

Mr. Cazzulani proposed to relaunch the European Dream and revitalize the project of Intermarium to respond to the disaffection of European citizens towards European Institutions and the European Project as a whole.

"Poland has a unique opportunity to lead an alliance of EU member states of Central Eastern Europe, from the Baltic States to the East Coast of the Adriatic Sea, that might balance the hegemony of Germany and France within the European Union, and create a more equal Europe that people might trust in so doing. The Intermarium should also allow European countries that do not belong to the European Union, such as Ukraine, Serbia, Bosnia-Hercegovina and Montenegro, to become core members of the big European Family" Mr. Cazzulani said.
