"POPE JOHN PAUL II IS A PASTOR OF JUSTICE AND HUMILITY" FILITALIA CREMONA CHAPTER PRESIDENT CAZZULANI
Matteo Cazzulani, The President of Filitalia Cremona Chapter, remembered the figure of Pope John Paul II on Tuesday 04/02, in occasion of the 8th anniversary of the Holy Father's death.
President Cazzulani, who used to study, work and live in Poland for several years, underlined the important role Pope Wojtyla had in the building of a common European culture, based on those Christian values which unify the EU, and Italy with it, with the USA.
In particular, President Cazzulani pointed out that Pope John Paul II worked hard to unify the humanity, fighting against dictatorships and violence, and putting the poorest as a priority of his pontificate.
"The values of justice and humility, which aimed Pope John Paul II's Pontificate, are a common point with Filitalia's key-words: Humility, Justice and Honesty. Pope Wojtyla is an example for the Europeans and the Americans: a Pole who became the Bishop of Rome and successfully fought for freedom in Europe, as well as the USA did to liberate Europe against nazism and fascism" declared President Cazzulani.

Matteo Cazzulani, Presidente del Chapter di Cremona della fondazione Filitalia, ha espresso vivo ricordo della figura di Papa Giovanni Paolo II in occasione dell'ottavo anniversario dalla sua morte.
Il Presidente Cazzulani, che ha studiato, lavorato e vissuto in Polonia, la patria di Giovanni Paolo II- ha illustrato l'importanza di Karol Wojtyla per la costruzione di un'Europa unita e improntata su quei valori cristiani che oggi accomunano l'UE -e con essa l'Italia- e gli Stati Uniti d'America.
Inoltre, il Presidente Cazzulani ha sottolineato come Papa Giovanni Paolo II abbia dedicato il suo pontificato alla lotta contro la disuguaglianza e la repressione politico-ideologica.
"Papa Wojtyla ha agito secondo principi di Giustizia ed Umiltà: gli stessi che, assieme all'Onestà, sono propri della Fondazione Filitalia -ha dichiarato il Presidente Cazzulani- Papa Giovanni Paolo II è un polacco che da Vescovo di Roma ha contribuito all'affermazione della libertà in Europa, così come fatto dagli USA durante la lotta contro il nazifascismo".
