The Harris-Walz ticket is now a week old! As we are going to pull off something that’s never been done before — run a presidential campaign in less than 3 months — the entire infrastructure and apparatus of doing such a thing in a country of 333 million people is a bit mind-boggling. And when I learned that the soonest the campaign would be able to print yard signs and send them out to everyone would be after Labor Day, I thought, we can’t wait — so who amongst us does not have some cardboard, a Sharpie, some paint, and a stick?

Thus, last week, I asked all of you to immediately join with me in making our own yard signs. (ICYMI, check out my Substack post, “NOW, HERE’S HOW WE DO IT: 93 Days to a Better World.”)

What better way to build your local Blue Community than with your fellow Left-leaning, Liberally-minded, Trump-averse cohorts, confidants, and comrades that will inspire others to join with us to help us create the reality of a White House we have never seen throughout our history.

But I did not expect the outpouring of emails and photos of yard signs I‘ve received over these past few days! Thousands of you picked up the torch, pulled out the poster board, paint brushes, stencils, duct tape and old Obama/Biden or Biden/Harris signs to be carved up and repurposed. You let your imagination run wild and got to work making the yard signs that all of America is craving, as Kamala-mania sweeps across this great land!
