Ukraine: frauds and the electoral law changed the exit-poll previsions
President Viktor Yanukovych's Party of Region to lead in the Ukrainian Parliamentary Election according to the effective electoral dates. The demonstrations of fraud and irregularity made by the most powerful Ukrainian party.
Kyiv - As predicted by several sources, the effective count of votes changed the exit poll previsions.
According to the Central Election Commission, after a 40% of poll section results the ruling Party of Regions - which is supported by the Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and financed by the most influent Ukrainian oligarchs - obtained a 36% of votes.
The Party of Regions takes a gap on the United Opposition Fatherland, placed at the second place with a 21%, and on the parliamentary coalition's communists partners, which obtained a 15%.
At the fourth placed the UDAR opposition party with a 12%, and the far-right wing Freedom with a 6%.
The Party of Regions is also leading in majoritarian colleges, from which will be elected the half of Ukrainian new MP.
President Viktor Yanukovych party is leading in 114 colleges, the United Opposition Fatherland in 28, Freedom party in 6 and the UDAR in 4.
These dates do not confirm the exit-poll, which predicted to opposition's party an advantage on the regional-communist ruling coalition.
The reason of this situation is due to several frauds, registered by different international observation missions.
The Party of Regions controls all the Central Electoral commission members. Moreover, during the election day the President Yanukovych's Party organized special buses to carry voters casting their bailout in several poll stations.
A confirm on the Party of Region's fraud is the affluence.
According to the central election commission, the 58% of voters is mostly concentrated in the opposition parties' strongholds as Galicia, Volynia and the Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
At the same time, the lowest affluence had been registered in Party of Regions's strongholds as Odessa region, the Crimea and the independent town of Sebastopol.
